The goal for this Typography class was to pick a celebrity of our choice and create a word cloud portrait. We had to use one font that represented the character and time period for our chosen celebrity. By using words, names of people, places, song titles, and lyrics, we then had to create a realistic portrait of the person.
The final project for Desktop Publishing was to create a Table Tent, Menu, and Take-Out Brochure for a fictitious restaurant called Pasta Amore. The goal was to utilize the client's logo, font, and color scheme to create a cohesive brand.
For this Digital Publishing course, I created an interactive digital magazine. The elements include a unique cover, table of contents, a 2-page feature article, and an interactive advertisement, and had to be done in a verticle and horizontal format. I chose to make a cooking magazine and created a fictitious name of "Home Chef." I created all of the content, a fictitious advertiser called Farm Fresh, and a logo to go with it.
The final project for this ADV Digital Graphic Design/Web course was to create a responsive website to showcase my work for potential job perspectives. The goal was to create a site map, wireframes, digital mock-ups with breakpoints for multiple devices, and a functional responsive website with content that included work from my personal and educational experiences.
